THDtel invites trustees, co-owners managing building to consult the Arcep document and offers to be their "Real Estate"
opérator.
After validation by the general assembly, an agreement between THDTel and the co-owners will be established and the building can then be "optically wired" within 6 to 12 months following the signature of this agreement.

Outdoor optical fiber cabinet installation
The outdoor optical fiber cabinet provides to all Ftth operators the possibility of inter connecting their own fiber to the THDtel shared network on Nettle Bay.
Custumers can make their own the choice for the Ftth services provider.
02.
Fiber distribution points installation
THDtel realizes fiber distribution points close to buildings (or in the technical area) for those who have signes with THDtel an agreement for installation, management, maintenance and replacement of ultra fast broadband communication lines made of fiber optic.
After this step, the subscriber can order his connection to the THDtel shared network to the Ftth operator of his choice.
03.
Optical terminaison outlet installation.
After wiring the building, you can contact your FTTH operator to access internet packages.
The final wiring including the optical termination outlet is the responsibility of the service provider, but may be built by THDtel, which has the project management in this area on Saint Martin.
04.
Optical router installation
Your Operator can connect his optical router (multi-services box type) to the optical termination outlet.
05.
Beyond the optical outlet, your internal network !
Beyond the optical outlet, ie to your devices (TV, Computers, Telephone, etc.), it is the internal network, all cabling, all extensions of the network and the routers (WIFI repeater, etc.) are the responsibility of the subscriber. Some operators rent their equipment included in their offer, others sell them.
